Position: Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead for Events

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead (Events) to join our growing team. This role combines hands‑on design work with creative leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for conceptualising creative ideas, producing event visuals, leading the design team, and ensuring high‑quality creative output across projects.

You will work closely with sales, event managers, marketing, and operations teams to bring concepts to life for corporate events, family days, roadshows, activations, dinner & dance events, and large‑scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

Conceptualise and create innovative designs for events and marketing campaigns
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for client proposals
Design event materials including:

Event backdrops
Stage and booth designs
Signages and banners
Event collaterals and invitations
Digital and social media creatives
Marketing materials and advertisements

Produce visual mockups, presentation decks, and basic 2D/3D visualisations
Ensure all creative outputs align with client branding and project objectives

Creative Leadership & Team Management

Lead and oversee the design team to maintain quality and consistency across projects
Review, provide feedback, and approve design work before submission or production
Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
Establish and improve creative workflows, design standards, and best practices
Contribute fresh ideas and creative direction during brainstorming sessions

Project Coordination & Execution

Work closely with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and translate ideas into creative concepts
Participate in client discussions and proposal presentations where required
Liaise with vendors and production teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution
Conduct site visits when necessary for planning and design requirements
Support event setup and execution to ensure final outputs align with approved concepts
Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines are met

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the events, exhibition, or creative industry
Strong proficiency in:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe In Design
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)
Sketch Up or basic 3D software knowledge (preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, proposal decks, branding, and creative projects
Good understanding of printing specifications, production materials, and fabrication processes
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in event agencies or event production companies
Experience creating proposal decks and client presentation materials
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Team leadership experience is preferred
