Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate complex real estate topics into clean, impactful graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional banners.
- Create visually cohesive layouts for news articles, e-magazines, and digital publications.
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing team to maintain consistent visual identity.
- Work on branding material including brochures, presentation decks, and media kits.
- Ensure all designs align with Cityscape Times’ brand guidelines and editorial tone.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with social media design and digital publishing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
- (Bonus) Experience in real estate, media, or publishing industries.
