We work with a diverse range of clients across print media, outdoor hoardings, packaging and digital campaigns in hospitality, fashion, wellness and consumer durables.

About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and proactive  Visualiser & Graphic Designer  to join our creative team. In this role you will ideate and design across print and digital media, conceptualise visual assets, work on logo & packaging design, hoardings, and also engage with preliminary AI-driven design tools and video making. If you’re fluent in English, have strong design tool skills, and are comfortable working from home while meeting clients locally on a weekly basis, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Ideate and develop visual concepts & designs for print media, logo design, packaging, hoardings, brand collateral.
Create digital assets and assist in video making (motion graphics / short form video) as required.
Use design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and stay current with AI-driven design workflows.
Content writing and creative coordination
Collaborate with clients/ team during periodic in-person meetings in Delhi/NCR for briefings and presentations.
Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements / Skills
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a graphic designer or visualiser, specifically for print & digital media.
Good command of English.
Content Writing
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity/interest in AI-based design tools.

Experience with video making / motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to work from home independently, manage time effectively, and attend client/team meetings in Delhi/NCR weekly.
Creative thinker with good visualisation skills and attention to detail.

Location & Work Arrangement
This is a remote/work-from-home role.
Weekly in-person meetings in Delhi/NCR with clients and team members.
Full-time commitment required.
