We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on intern to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) department. As the Creative Producer Intern of ING’s in‑house Creative Studio, you’ll help bring campaigns and content to life through coordination, production support, and teamwork. This internship offers you a front‑row seat to how creative work is developed in a large, dynamic organisation.
About the roleAs a Creative Producer Intern, you work with the Creative Studio on planning, organising, and delivering a variety of creative projects for both internal and external audiences. You’ll work closely with senior producers, designers, videographers, and editors, ensuring that workflows run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Project Kick‑offs:
Assist project leads by helping start up any kind of project and creating a good work environment (e.g., sending out meeting invitations, booking rooms, updating documents). - Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and organising creative productions such as social media assets, internal campaigns, explainer videos, animations, podcasts, and digital advertising materials. - Creative Studio Templates:
Build standard project templates (pre‑production decks, call sheets, quitclaim templates, shoot schedules, storyboards, etc.). - Production Logistics:
Support preparation for shoots and recording sessions (planning, scheduling, coordination). - Reporting:
Contribute to progress overviews, workflow documentation, and post‑production evaluations. - BMC Support:
Prepare presentations, campaign materials, and content‑planning documents; organise creative assets, maintain project documentation, and update team overviews. - Process Improvement:
Contribute ideas to improve processes within the Creative Studio.
- How creative productions are managed from concept to delivery in a corporate environment.
- How a creative studio collaborates with branding, marketing, and communication teams.
- How to handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
- How to bring structure, clarity, and organisation to fast‑moving creative workflows.
- Enrolled at a Dutch HBO or university in Creative Business, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
- Interest in creative production, branding, marketing, or digital content.
- Eager to learn.
- Internship allowance of €700 based on a 36‑hour work week.
