Job Summary
The Mid‑Level Technical Content Writer will develop clear, accurate, and commercially effective product marketing content for MRI Software’s platform and solutions, translating complex product features into compelling written assets across product collateral, website copy, sales enablement materials, and funnel content.
Duties and Responsibilities- Product & Solution Collateral
- Write and edit product‑focused collateral (solution briefs, data sheets, feature overviews, etc.).
- Convert product positioning frameworks into buyer‑ready assets.
- Maintain consistency across multiple product lines and update collateral as products evolve.
- Website Copy
- Write and edit product and solution page copy, headlines, calls to action, and landing‑page copy.
- Apply SEO best practices and collaborate with digital team to integrate copy with design.
- Update website copy as product messaging changes.
- Product Presentations
- Develop slide copy for sales, events, and customer‑facing contexts.
- Create modular content blocks that can be reused.
- Sales Enablement Content
- Produce battle cards, competitive comparison documents, objection‑handling guides, and FAQs.
- Translate technical product information into clear, sales‑ready content.
- Iterate assets based on sales‑team feedback.
- Middle & Bottom of Funnel Content
- Write case studies, ROI guides, value calculators, and comparison pages.
- Develop nurture sequences and trial onboarding copy.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers, digital teams, creative studio, and subject‑matter experts.
- Coordinate localisation and regional adaptation of core product content.
- Content Quality & Governance
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and technical accuracy.
- Participate in review workflows and keep an organized content library.
- Planning & Process
- Manage workload across multiple product lines, track progress, and communicate risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.
- Measurement
- Track usage and performance of key content assets and apply data to improve quality.
- 3‑6 years of technical writing or product marketing content experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to write product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials at a professional level.
- Experience with middle‑ and bottom‑of‑funnel content (case studies, ROI guides, nurture copy, competitive differentiation).
- Skill in translating technical product information into clear, commercial content.
- Knowledge of SEO practices for B2B web copy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and web UX integration.
- Experience with battle cards, FAQs, and comparative materials.
- Strong written communication and commercial focus.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Collaborative mindset for a global, distributed team.
- Self‑motivated with strong project‑tracking skills.
- Understanding of the real estate, proptech, or enterprise software sector.
- Knowledge of product‑marketing frameworks and brand‑voice standards.
- Experience with content‑tracking and project‑management tools.
