Remote Creative Designer

Position: Remote Performance Creative Designer Role
Elevate your design career as a Performance Creative Designer at Directive, fully remote. Create captivating visuals that elevate advertising effectiveness on platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
As a designer, your 1–3 years of experience in graphic design will be invaluable in crafting data-driven assets that enhance marketing performance. You’ll work on motion graphics, video edits, and A/B tests to support client goals and improve key performance indicators. Engage with both internal and client teams to fulfill project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design effective ad sets and landing page assets

• Produce and edit motion graphics for social media

• Collaborate on aligning creative with strategic marketing goals

• Conduct usability tests and analyze design feedback

• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring brand consistency
Requirements:

• 1–3 years in graphic design with performance focus

• Adobe Creative Suite expertise required

• Basic motion graphics experience in Premiere Pro

• Familiarity with CRO tools and strategies

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
