• is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our project delivery as our slate grows. This is a hands-on coordination role in a small studio — you will be across all active projects, supporting scheduling, communication, and delivery logistics.

You will work closely with the studio's senior team to keep productions on track. At this stage of the studio's development, the role is broad by design — we need someone who is comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and who can build process as much as follow it.

You likely have

• Experience in a production coordination or junior production management role in VFX, post-production, film, or HETV
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple work streams simultaneously
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication — you are the connective tissue between the creative team and the client
• Familiarity with production tracking tools and general project management practice

• Experience in a VFX or generative media production environment specifically
• Familiarity with Shot Grid/Flow, ftrack, or equivalent
• Experience supporting client-facing review and delivery processes

In a studio of this size, the Production Coordinator is close to everything. You will have visibility across all projects and a direct line to the people making decisions. That means the role carries real responsibility from day one.

We are building the production infrastructure of a new studio and you will have influence over how it takes shape — the tools we use, the rhythms we establish, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
