Tour Music Fest is looking for new Coaches to join its European team

Tour Music Fest , one of Europe’s leading platforms dedicated to singers, musicians, rappers, songwriters, DJs, producers and emerging artists, is expanding its international team of music professionals.
We are looking for  Vocal Coaches, Music Coaches, Songwriters, Musicians, DJs, Producers and artistic education professionals  to collaborate with us throughout the year, both online and in person, with key involvement during our  European Tour in September and October .

About the role A Tour Music Fest Coach is not simply a judge.
Our coaches support artists in their technical, artistic and personal growth, helping them understand their strengths, areas for improvement and concrete next steps in their musical journey.
The role may include:
online coaching sessions;
smart auditions and remote artistic evaluations;
individual and group training activities;
masterclasses and workshops;
coaching during the live stages of the European Tour;
feedback on repertoire, vocal technique, performance, stage presence, artistic identity and musical awareness;
possible involvement in Music Camps, Finals and other educational projects connected to Tour Music Fest.

We are looking for professionals with:  proven experience as a coach, vocal coach, musician, performer, songwriter, producer, DJ, teacher or music industry professional;
strong communication and feedback skills;
the ability to provide clear, technical, constructive and respectful guidance;
experience working with young artists, emerging talents or international projects;
knowledge of the contemporary music industry;
a strong educational mindset;
the ability to work within a structured international team;
availability to work online throughout the year;
availability to travel across Europe during the Tour period, mainly in September and October;
English at C2 level or equivalent , essential for working with international artists.

Areas of expertise we are particularly interested in:  modern vocal technique;
interpretation and stage presence;
Music Production & Songwriting;
rap, urban, pop, rock, soul, jazz, musical theatre or other contemporary music styles;
artistic direction;
live performance preparation;
artistic identity, image and communication.
