Part-Time Email Designer; Remote | E-Commerce Startup

• Design high-converting email creatives for campaigns, flows, and promotions
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing and on-brand email designs
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers to execute campaigns
• Optimize email layouts for mobile and desktop responsiveness
• Maintain consistency across all email templates and brand guidelines
• Continuously improve designs based on performance data and feedback

• Experience in email design for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and conversion-focused design
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively
