Event Specialist

Position: Event Specialist Hybrid Role
Lead event planning efforts in Toronto as an Event Specialist in a hybrid capacity. Your expertise will drive successful corporate events while managing budgets, logistics, and teams.

You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of event planning, from venue selection to post-event analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all facets of the event align with goals and standards. This role will challenge your ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct full lifecycle planning and execution of events

• Conduct site inspections and budget management

• Negotiate contracts with venues and caterers

• Organize attendee communications and logistics

• Monitor and oversee on-site event execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years in event management

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Cvent

• Proven experience in hybrid and in-person event management

• Willingness to travel as necessary for site visits

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
