Role Description

JED Lab is seeking an organized and proactive Agency Coordinator for a part-time position. Based in Candiac, QC, this hybrid role allows for a blend of on-site and remote work. A key part of your role will involve collaborating on client proposals and designing high-impact pitch decks directly in Figma, meaning you either bring graphic design skills to the table or are an incredibly fast learner eager to master the platform.

Beyond design, you will manage vital administrative tasks, stay on top of client follow-up emails, and actively support our sales and business development efforts to help secure exciting new production projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in graphic design (especially Figma) to create Pitch decks from a client's brief
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and engage with clients, French and English
• Proficiency in administrative and scheduling tools to manage calendars, project deliverables, and documentation
• Knowledge or experience in media, marketing, or creative industries is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with social media management is a plus
