• Design compelling assets for ad campaigns across media

• Produce motion graphics for social platforms

• Edit videos into effective marketing units

• Work with teams to align designs with campaign goals

• Implement A/B tests using tools like Unbounce
Requirements:

• 1-3 years in graphic design with CRO emphasis

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics

• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of heat-mapping and performance KPIs
