Student Event Coordinator

Position: Student Event Coordinator Role
Enhance your event planning skills as a Student Events and Experiences Co-op at Sun Life, blending on-site and remote work. Dive into corporate event logistics and coordination for impactful events.

This role is available to students with a graduation date of May 2026 or later. Collaborate with the Events and Experiences team to gain valuable insights into event logistics, reporting, vendor management, and attendee coordination while ensuring seamless execution of both in-person and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide venue, entertainment, and speaker recommendations

• Support event registration and Cvent reporting

• Maintain a database of hotel contracts

• Design event materials including badges and welcome packages

• Document meeting minutes for assigned events

Requirements:

• Education or experience in event management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of virtual event management

• Experience with event management tools preferred
