Elephant Music is seeking a senior sync creative to join their London team. They specialise in scoring trailers and ads, with a premium catalogue of existing music and a busy custom shop producing bespoke compositions.

Elephant Music is an award-winning, independent music company based remotely between London and LA, with a small but highly driven team. We are looking for an experienced senior creative to join our ranks in London and drive expansion in the UK trailer and advertising markets.

• Building and nurturing long‑term client relationships
• Procuring new business and driving revenue growth
• Pitching Elephant Music’s catalogues in response to client briefs
• Managing custom composition projects to the highest standard, from brief to delivery
• Networking with the UK and EU trailer, gaming and advertising sectors

• London-based (remote working)
• 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing sync role
• Proven experience hitting sales targets
• Demonstrable track record of winning custom compositions
• Established client network within trailers, advertising and games (UK / EU)
