Harvard Media is looking for a Senior Producer who knows how to turn great ideas into powerful audio.
This isn't just about editing commercials. It's about creating work that captures attention, tells a story, and helps our clients grow their businesses. From radio campaigns and station imaging to branded content and digital audio, you'll play a key role in shaping what listeners hear across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
We're looking for someone who loves creative problem solving, takes pride in producing exceptional work, and can balance creativity with deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
You'll work alongside a team of highly driven professionals that value creativity, innovation, positivity, and collaboration. You'll have the opportunity to create meaningful work, heard by listeners across Western Canada, while developing your craft in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do- Produce, mix, and edit broadcast-quality commercials, promos, and branded content
- Collaborate with Writers, Sales Teams, Programmers, and clients to bring ideas to life
- Create compelling audio that delivers results for advertisers and strengthens our brands
- Manage production workflow
- Leverage production tools, automation, and AI technologies to improve efficiency and output
- Write commercials, station imaging, and promotional content when required
- Contribute to digital content initiatives when required
- Elevate creative standards across the team
- 2 years of professional audio production experience
- Strong audio editing and production skills
- A creative ear for storytelling, pacing, performance, and sound design
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with Adobe Audition or similar audio production software
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid workplace with work-from-home flexibility and occasional office attendance
- Alberta-based candidates preferred
