In this role, you will be stationed in Miami for an intensive workshop from June 22-24, 2026, before transitioning to remote work. Your experience in product design and empathy for users will be key as you address challenges faced by brokers using Infinityy, our AI real estate assistant. This position demands both speed and aesthetic judgment to elevate our product design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with users to identify design flaws
• Iterate on product designs based on user feedback
• Conduct rapid prototyping sessions overnight
• Analyze adoption scores to guide design improvements
• Present findings and new designs to internal teams
Requirements:
• Proven portfolio showcasing world-class product designs
• Experience with AI tools for rapid design output
• Strong empathy and understanding of user pain points
• Ability to travel to the US and work onsite
• Willingness to engage deeply with development teams
