We are looking for a creative and organized Copywriter & Marketing Administrator to join our team at RGCC on a 6-month contract starting October 2026
. In this role, you will craft compelling content across multiple channels while supporting the broader marketing department in its day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment –
with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research industry-related topics and interpret copywriting briefs to produce informed, relevant content aligned with project requirements
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a consistent brand voice across all channels – including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, brochures, digital campaigns, and corporate communications
  • Draft news articles, press releases, internal communications, and event/promotional materials
  • Manage and update website content via Word Press, applying SEO best practices to maximize reach and web traffic
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content; maintain the monthly content calendar and manage community engagement across all channels
  • Source images, videos, and other media to complement written content
  • Edit, proofread, and submit copy for approval, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency with RGCC's tone of voice, style, and visual guidelines
  • Identify content gaps and customer needs, proactively recommending new topics and ideas
  • Support paid digital and print marketing campaigns as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Social Media Copywriter;
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (C1 level) with a strong creative voice and a solid portfolio of published work
  • Solid knowledge of online content strategy, SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics); familiarity with online paid advertising and web publications
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring engaging content
  • Experience delivering multimedia content (text, image, video) and working with CMS platforms (Word Press a plus)
  • Strong research, communication, and time management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace as well as design tools
  • Understanding of brand guidelines with the ability to ensure consistency across all materials
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, as well as work independently
