As a Lead Creative Strategist, your primary role is to guide a team of creative strategists while being actively involved in the creative process. You'll be tasked with developing performance-enhancing strategies and manage vital client accounts. In partnership with your team, deliver impactful creative while mentoring junior members and executing UGC projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
