We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager who loves dance and wants to help produce a great portfolio of hip hop activity. Is this you?

We are committed to the development of hip hop theatre artists by providing a variety of participatory opportunities. These include professional development programmes for choreographers, dancers and emcees, projects for young people and educational activities in schools as well as bespoke special events.

In this role you’ll manage and oversee day to day delivery of the Breakin’ Convention artistic programme. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Artistic Director for Breakin’ Convention and the Department Director on planning for and platforming artists.

You’ll be a strong team player with a growth mindset and collaborative approach to work. Your ability to lead, problem solve and find innovative solutions will be key in the development of our work and audience reach. You will also demonstrate positive guidance through your line management responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for you to strengthen your network with artists and make a great impact as we grow.

We’re a supportive and hardworking team, working on a variety of projects. We have a ‘smarter working’ approach and encourage both on-site and remote working. Sadler’s Wells benefits include:

  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Complementary tickets and discounts
  • Enhanced holiday and time off in lieu policy
  • Additional pay for parental and family leave subject to eligibility
