This is a remote Fashion Model Booker role. The Fashion Model Booker coordinates bookings for models and creators across runway, editorial, commercial, and digital campaigns, ensuring that client needs and talent availability are aligned. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing casting requests, negotiating rates and terms, confirming schedules, and maintaining clear communication between clients, models, and internal teams. The role involves overseeing logistics for photo shoots and content productions, including call sheets, travel details, and timelines, while ensuring a professional and supportive experience for all parties.

The Fashion Model Booker also contributes to building strong client relationships, identifying new booking opportunities, and supporting the agency’s digital‑first, creator‑focused strategy.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and support talent professionally.
• Experience coordinating photo shoots and familiarity with photography environments and workflows.
• Sales skills to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and support agency revenue growth.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple bookings, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Previous experience in model booking, talent management, fashion, or creative production is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working remotely, using digital tools and CRM or booking systems to manage information and communication.
