Role Summary
You will support with a wide range of digital projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.
SalaryA pro-rated salary of £26,250 per annum outside of London (£28,860 per annum in London).

Role TypeFull-time, temporary internship, lasting for either 3 or 6 months.
Start DateThis role will ideally commence in August or September 2026.
LocationThis role is available in our Global Headquarters in Cambridge, as well as our London, Manchester and Bristol offices.
About the RoleThis internship is ideal for design students or recent graduates who would like to gain insight into an agency or commercial environment, as well as those looking to kickstart a career in design. In this role, you will support with a wide range of digital projects, including the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics, as well as the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications.
We are therefore looking for talented individuals with a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
We believe that having face‑to‑face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created is never lost. Given the wealth of training, mentorship and development opportunities that are available as part of our internship programmes, time spent in the office is even more crucial. Therefore, our interns can work from home 1 day per week.
Requirements- A degree‑level or higher qualification in a design‑related discipline (minimum or expected 2.1)
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a wide range of digital deliverables
- Basic technical knowledge of email/web/application development
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- A strong understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite software
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and a flair for creative copywriting
- A keen interest in applying digital design to the healthcare sector
