Swift Cruit in London seeks a Lead Crowd Technical Director to drive the creative and technical direction of high-end VFX shows, mentoring artists and solving complex production challenges.
You will lead crowd tools development, manage crowd artist teams, set up agent variations, and collaborate with R&D and Pipeline Engineers to optimize the crowd workflow.
Hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site per week in London, with occasional remote work and close partnership with the VFX Supervisor.
