hedgehog lab is seeking a Senior Service Designer to work on government projects on a permanent basis, mapping end-to-end service journeys and identifying failure points across organisational boundaries to design services that work for the people who use them.
This hybrid role combines remote work with two on-site days at our Manchester or Newcastle offices, within 50 miles of either location. You will collaborate with policy teams and multidisciplinary colleagues to improve public services.
