AboutThe Role
As a Creative Artworker at FGH, you will focus primarily on the design and art working of assets to support partnerships and promotions with our partner brands. You will play an integral role in delivering a wide range of digital assets, and print ready artwork to engage customers, and drive commercial performance.
Accountabilities- Work closely with FGH’s Trade Partnerships team to support their branded activity
- Adhere to FGH guidelines and strict partner brand guidelines
- Design and produce high-quality, print-ready artwork, including brochures and parcel inserts
- Design and produce high-quality, digital assets (static and animated)
- Design and work to templates, ensuring consistency
- Responsible for typesetting and proofing copy
- Prepare production files to printer specifications (bleeds, trims, colour profiles, etc.)
- Liaise with external partners and photographic suppliers to support production and delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key milestones and deadlines
- Stay up to date with print design trends, materials, and production techniques
- Demonstrate behaviours aligned with Freemans Company values
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others at work
- Maintain a strong customer-first mindset in all outputs
- Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, After Effects
- A diverse portfolio which demonstrates proficiency in the designing of print and digital assets
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience as a graphic designer and artworker
- A good understanding of the print production process.
- A great eye for design and layout with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver final artwork to exact brief specifications.
- The ability to follow strict brand guidelines
- Strong customer focus
- Able to commute to Bradford City Centre 2 days per week
- Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change with high levels of accuracy.
- Able to work independently, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.
- Able to problem-solve and think and react quickly in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to deliver final artwork to exact brief specifications.
