Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Glasgow, helping to create clear, polished, and on‑brand client‑facing materials across InDesign, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to turn written content, data, and technical information into materials that are easy to understand and visually engaging.
Experience in financial or professional services is helpful, but not essential.
- Designing clear, engaging layouts and graphics for client‑facing materials
- Developing data visualisations, presenting complex information in a simple and accessible way
- Creating and refining documents and presentations using InDesign, Word, and Power Point
- Producing high‑quality outputs across Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Building charts and visuals from Excel data
- Applying brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across consulting, analytics and marketing
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines, adapting to feedback along the way
- Keeping up to date with new approaches to design and data visualisation
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Confidence working in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including templates, formatting and creating client‑ready materials
- Strong ability to present data clearly through charts and visual design
- Good understanding of layout, structure and design principles
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- Awareness of accessibility considerations (e.g. WCAG standards)
- Familiarity with tools such as Flourish
- Knowledge of macros or data merge
