Williams Lea is seeking a highly organised Virtual Events Production Coordinator to support planning and execution of virtual events across the EMEA and APAC regions. The role is fully remote, UK-based, part-time, 30 hours per week.
You will configure platforms (Zoom Webinars, Zoom Meetings, ON24), manage logistics, run rehearsals, provide live support, and handle post-event delivery including recordings and reports. Flexibility to suit global schedules is essential.
