Clera, a fintech company, is seeking a senior Product Designer to work remotely from the United Kingdom. You will join an experienced design team at the heart of product strategy, shaping user experience to improve conversion, retention, and design culture as the team scales.
You will build and maintain a modular design system, design complex onboarding flows, and use CRO practices to validate designs through testing and iteration.
