We are seeking a creative, skilled and proactive Digital Content Officer to join our Communications Team at Cabot Learning Federation. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work creatively within a small, supportive team, helping to promote our schools, celebrate success across our communities, and strengthen a sense of belonging across the federation.

You will lead the creation and delivery of high-quality digital content that showcases the impact of our academies, enhances the federation's online presence, and engages audiences across a variety of channels.

Supported by a Digital Content Assistant, you will work with colleagues across the trust to develop compelling stories that connect with staff, students, families and wider stakeholders.

You will play a key role in the ongoing development of the CLF's digital communication channels, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, accurate and aligned with the federation's strategic priorities.

From managing website content and multimedia projects to supporting academy colleagues with their communications activity, you will help maximise the impact of our digital presence.

Whether filming and editing videos, creating visual content, producing newsletters and podcasts, or supporting trust-wide campaigns, your work will help strengthen the reputation of the federation, celebrate achievement, and bring to life the stories that matter most across our schools and communities.

  • Strong digital content creation skills, including photography, videography, social media, newsletters and visual design.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop and video editing tools.
