Senior UX​/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, remote-first team. • Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the remote team.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to diverse audiences.
