Fortemus Films is an award-winning production company creating ambitious, 360-degree campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.
On a typical 360 campaign, you’ll take a single idea and develop it through mood boards, pitch decks, scripts and animatics, helping to shape creative across hero films, documentaries, TVCs, sponsorship idents, social cutdowns, OOH, online ads and stills. Ensuring the creative matches the client’s brief.
Our work spans five core pillars: sport, travel, aviation, luxury and finance.
We’re looking for a multi-discipline creative with excellent copywriting skills, strong visual storytelling, and the seniority to lead concepts from brief to delivery.
You’ll have a thorough understanding of the full film production pipeline, from pre-production through to post. We would like the candidate to be genuinely engaged with new filming techniques and creative tools, with the judgement to know where they add value.
You'll Have:- At least seven years’ experience in a creative department in advertising or a production company, with a strong track record of leading projects. (video & stills).
- Experience delivering 360 campaigns for large, recognisable brands, ideally with work spanning one or more of our core pillars: sport, travel, aviation, luxury or finance.
- Proven commercial copywriting/scriptwriting skills, with the ability to write across tone, format and platform.
- Extensive on-set commercial experience, including leading creative on shoots.
- Excellent understanding of post-production processes, with the confidence to guide edits and give clear creative direction.
- Strong experience creating pitch decks and presenting ideas both visually and through direct, enticing copy, including presenting directly to clients.
- Good working knowledge of the full Adobe suite, alongside a genuine interest in creative tools and the latest filming techniques.
- Exceptional time-management skills and experience working to tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with an eye for detail.
- An open, adaptable mindset, but also confident using established creative processes.
- Working from our studio in Kennington. This is an office-based role, with one work-from-home day available per week.
- Leading on-set to oversee and supervise creative execution. This will involve travel around the UK or internationally.
- Taking briefs and leading the development of concepts, scripts and treatments to the highest standard.
- Pitching your ideas and presenting them confidently to clients, bringing them to life through scripts, storyboards, animatics and mood films.
- Liaising closely with the Production department throughout all stages, from briefing to asset delivery, to ensure the creative is delivered to client expectation.
