Internship: Digital Design

At Gisou, exciting times are ahead. As a fast-growing company we are ready to take on more projects that we are very enthusiastic about. To make those projects happen, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital Design Intern that will assist our Digital Design Team. In this role, you will be assisting on designing a wide variety of digital assets in close collaboration with online and creative specialists.

Create and adapt digital assets, including static and video content, across CRM, , retailer websites and mobile apps.

• Design branded email communications for CRM campaigns and programs.

• Support the development and execution of digital concepts for product launches, campaigns and promotional activations.

• Adapt and optimize creative assets based on channel requirements, performance insights and best practices.

• Support the continuous improvement of the  experience through user research, UX analysis, feature ideation and testing.

• Translate ideas and requirements into user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Research digital, e-commerce and design trends, bringing relevant inspiration and new ideas into the team.

• You are following a Graphic / Creative / Digital Media Design study.

• Knowledge of standard (digital) design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop also Adobe Premier and After Effects would be a plus.

• Personal interest in the digital design thinking process.

• Knowledge of, or personal interest for current digital design best practices and web production techniques is a plus.

• Photo and video editing skills.

• Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 1st Feb 2027 - Wed 4th August 2027.

• You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.

• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.

• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.

• This internship is compensated (€450 per month).

• 1 day of remote working per week.

• Free fresh daily lunch via our partner Feedr, plus drinks and snacks provided in the office.

• Regular team activities and drinks.

• Monthly €10 contribution towards Class Pass membership.

• Monthly well-being classes provided at the office.

• Travel expenses reimbursed up to €200 per month for non-EU students
  .

• Travel expenses covered during the summer (when university cards don’t apply), up to €50 per week for EU students
  .
