About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and hands‑on 3D & AI Art Director to lead the visual direction of our digital projects.
You’ll combine 3D, CGI, motion, AI, and digital design to create high-impact visual experiences while shaping the creative direction and standards of our work.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative vision and visual direction across digital projects and campaigns.
Develop innovative concepts using 3D, CGI, motion, AI, and emerging technologies
.
Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows and output.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.
Present and communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
Ensure creative output meets high standards of quality, consistency, and technical execution.
Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and development teams to bring concepts to life.
Stay up to date with trends in 3D, CGI, AI-generated content, motion, and digital experiences
.
Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, Senior 3D Artist
, or similar senior creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D, CGI, motion, AI, and digital design
.
Strong knowledge of tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
, or similar.
Hands‑on experience with generative AI and AI creative tools
.
Strong creative vision with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a willingness to remain hands‑on.
Passion for experimenting with new creative technologies and techniques.
Nice to HaveExperience in a creative agency, digital studio, tech company, or startup
.
Experience working on high-profile digital campaigns or commercial projects.
Experience working with international brands or clients.
Understanding of how to balance creative excellence with commercial objectives.
