Full Description
Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Video Content Creator to join our growing creative and marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, production, editing, and publishing of video content across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with marketing specialists, designers, content writers, and business teams to understand content objectives and create videos that effectively communicate ideas and engage target audiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with video production, editing, social media content, visual storytelling, and modern AI-powered creative tools while working remotely.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing creative concepts and ideas for video content
Creating short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms
Writing video scripts, storyboards, and content outlines
Recording and editing video content based on project requirements
Editing footage, transitions, audio, captions, graphics, and visual effects
Creating engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Repurposing existing content into short videos, reels, clips, and promotional materials
Collaborating with designers and content writers to maintain consistent brand communication
Adding subtitles, animations, graphics, and other visual elements to videos
Selecting appropriate music, sound effects, footage, and supporting visual assets
Optimizing videos for different platforms and screen formats
Reviewing video performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintaining organized video assets, project files, and content libraries
Supporting content calendars and video publishing schedules
Staying updated with social media trends and emerging video formats
Experimenting with AI-powered video, editing, scripting, and content creation tools
We believe in learning by doing. You'll gain hands-on experience with video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, social media content, content strategy, visual communication, Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools, and AI-powered creative tools .
This is a hands-on role where creativity, storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital audiences are essential. You'll have opportunities to work on real-world content projects and contribute to building engaging digital experiences and brand communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in video content creation, editing, or a relevant internship/project
Strong interest in video production and digital content
Basic understanding of video editing and storytelling
Familiarity with tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of video composition, transitions, audio, and visual effects
Good scriptwriting and storytelling abilities
Understanding of social media content formats and trends
Basic knowledge of video optimization for platforms such as You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, and other digital channels
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation is a plus
Experience with AI-powered content creation tools is beneficial
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
