• Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials, websites, and digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and performance management.
• Oversee the design and production of a wide range of assets, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all visual communications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in graphic design , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a deep understanding of branding principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote design teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
