About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and highly skilled Music Producer to join their remote Arts & Entertainment team. You will be responsible for guiding artists through the recording process, shaping the sonic landscape of their music, and ensuring the final product meets the highest professional standards.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of music production, from pre-production to final mixing and mastering.
• Collaborate closely with artists to understand their vision and guide them in achieving their creative goals.
• Record, edit, and mix audio tracks using professional studio equipment and software.
• Provide creative input on songwriting, arrangement, and instrumentation to enhance musical compositions.
• Ensure the highest quality audio standards are met for all produced tracks.

• Proven experience as a Music Producer , with a strong portfolio of released work across various genres within the Arts & Entertainment sphere.
• Expert proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
• Deep understanding of audio engineering principles, mixing techniques, and mastering processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, crucial for remote artist interaction.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and arrangement is advantageous.
