Remote UX​/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a talented and experienced Remote UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to creating intuitive and engaging user experiences from anywhere. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and prototyping solutions that meet user needs and business goals. • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for user needs and translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and with remote teams.
