A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and product design work.

Experience using user research to inform design recommendations and decisions.

Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product teams.

Confidence working with established design systems and recognised interface patterns.

Strong facilitation and communication skills when working with different stakeholders.

Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including experience designing beyond minimum WCAG 2.2 AA requirements.
