Conference Producer, International Summits Central London, hybrid (3 days office based) plus international travel Salary up to £35,000, plus commission and benefits The Business Our client is an established and fast-growing international B2B events and media business, running a portfolio of market-leading summits across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The division delivers a mix of established and newly launched annual summits attracting up to 4,000 attendees.

The Opportunity We're looking for a Conference Producer with around a year of experience, ready to take genuine ownership of an international event portfolio. You'll take charge of three summits, a varied mix of newer launches and established events, ranging from 50 to 100 speakers and 500 to 1,000 attendees each. What You'll Be Doing Researching your markets through desk and telephone research, speaking directly with senior industry figures to identify the topics and voices that matter Writing commercially attractive agendas, session titles and abstracts Recruiting high-quality speakers and building strong relationships across your markets Working closely with the sponsorship sales team, giving them well-researched content they can sell with confidence Travelling internationally to deliver your events onsite, with support and training from others across the portfolio Growing your event portfolio over time Drawing on internal resources, including the editorial team, to strengthen your agendas What We're Looking For Around a year or more of experience producing B2B conferences, with a solid understanding of how strong agendas come together A confident, natural communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and building relationships A genuinely strong writer, able to craft engaging session titles and abstracts in your own voice Curious, proactive and research-driven, with the initiative to get under the skin of a new market Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable across different countries and cultures Happy to travel internationally Additional European languages are a bonus, though not essential What's In It For You Real ownership and creative freedom, with your events genuinely yours to shape International travel across North America, Europe and the Middle East A rapidly expanding division with a strong track record of promoting from within Hybrid working, three days a week in a lively city office, with flexibility to manage your own time A close-knit, multinational team within a larger international group, small-business pace with big-business stability Structured onboarding and sector training Base salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus commission, benefits If you're a bright, ambitious Producer looking for more responsibility, more travel, more variety, and a portfolio you can truly call your own, we'd love to hear from you.
