About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team in Midrand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement. This role is crucial for elevating our client's brand presence and requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visual narratives.

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and website graphics.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals to understand project goals and target audiences for each campaign.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting strict deadlines.
• Provide art direction and feedback to junior designers and external agencies when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing department.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
