Senior Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic, remote-first creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal communications. • Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for diverse media.
• Collaborate with project managers and creative leads to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Design storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate conceptual ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion design.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers on the team.

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and related plugins.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual design, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with 3D animation and rendering techniques is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
