The Master Design Coordinator (MDC) is responsible for the creation and management of all Master Design files across their scope — ensuring on-time-in-full delivery, correct language versions, legal compliance and brand equity consistency. The MDC collaborates with the Master Design Director and with L’Oréal SAPMENA’s Marketing / DMI / C&A teams to deliver the brand’s priorities, acts as the team’s expert referent, and steers the local graphic production capacity to secure quality and turnaround.

Missions

Master Design Production

Support the Marketing Team in the organization of the production (brief vs. launch plan)
Retrieve all elements for brief from the Marketing and Color & Artwork teams and brief the local agency or the ExO production hubs)
Organize brief meetings.
Optimize Master Design briefs, in quality and in volume.
Coordinate Master Design projects and workflows across the brands and categories in scope.
Develop the right multilingual product document set according to the language groups defined by zone and S&OP.
Brief, prioritize and quality-check the work of the ExO production hubs (or local agencie).
Create the TAG projects.
Organize BATs if needed.

Timelines & Quality

Create, communicate and ensure respect of timelines to deliver production documents on time, aligning with the C&A team’s due dates.
Monitor due dates.
Lead the transfer meeting between creation and production agencies, ensure the creative files received are 100% compliant.
Ensure the production agency accounts for industrial constraints (plant & printers).
Secure compliance of documents with the regulatory and labelling requirements of the MENA markets in scope (incl. GSO/Gulf Standards, SFDA Saudi Arabia, MoHAP UAE), in liaison with the legal and regulatory teams.
Follow up the graphic chain (timing, quality) through to the BAGs.

Stakeholder & Brand Support

Inform stakeholders of the production document release.
Act as the key contact for industrial development, S&OP, legal, agencies, countries and zones.
Support the Master Design graphic managers on brand consistency and technical aspects.
Act as the local relay between L’Oréal MENA teams and the ExO team, anticipating time-zone constraints on validation loops.

Deliverables & KPIs

Deliverables:
Production documents management for the category, respecting brand and industrial guidelines and deadlines;
Charters and declination guidelines.
KPIs: timings respected / on-time delivery (MAD maintained); number of artworks and language versions delivered; number of Master Design errors (TAG KPI, no flashback).

Employment Conditions

On-site position based in Singapore. Home office possible; 3 to 4 days on-site presence at L’Oréal once the training period is completed.

under a local employment contract.

Required Skills & Tools

Packaging and colour expertise; print technical processes & graphic chain.
Understanding of plant, printer and vendor constraints.
TAG tool management (or other workflow)
English and Arabic (traditional
-written and spoken) at professional level required;
French is a plus.

Profile

Strong project coordination skills, comfortable managing complexity across multiple brands and franchises.
Solid understanding of legal constraints and processes affecting packaging and artwork.
Pedagogical skills — able to guide and upskill Master Design graphic managers.
Autonomous, reliable, deadline-driven, comfortable acting as the team’s technical and brand referent.
Comfortable working on-site within a client environment and coordinating across time zones with remote production teams.
