About the Role
Our client is a dynamic tech startup focused on developing user-centric digital products and is seeking a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their remote team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for a range of applications and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

- Lead the design process from user research and wire framing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create compelling user interface designs, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
