Lead UX​/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to guide their product design efforts, working 100% remotely . You will be responsible for defining and driving the user experience vision across our digital products, leading a team of designers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, user-centered design solutions. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in complex design projects, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to mentor and inspire other designers.

You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate strategic goals into intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and design system across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and roadmap from a user experience perspective.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure they meet user needs.
• Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in user-centered design and leading design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in building and managing design systems.
• Excellent understanding of user research methodologies and how to apply them.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
