Lead UX​/UI Designer - Mobile Applications

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design of intuitive and engaging mobile applications from their remote-first headquarters. • Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile applications , from user research and wire framing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
• Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all mobile products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
• Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role, specifically for mobile applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android platforms.
