Video & Creative Executive

Leopard is full-service marketing agency powered by behavioural science. We work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors including, pet, home & property, leisure, health, B2B and technology. We are now on the lookout for a talented Video & Creative Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety and delivering multimedia content using video, photography and graphic design. One day you might be out on location capturing content, the next you’ll be editing under tight deadlines to bring ideas to life, as well as making tweaks to an item of design work.

• Capture high-quality video content across a variety of on-location and in-house content shoots
• Edit footage into engaging, on-brand content for digital, social, and campaign use across paid, earned, owned and social media channels
• Work closely with the client service teams to deliver projects from concept to completion
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Assist with planning shoots, with knowledge of equipment requirements, lighting, and audio setup
• Stay up to date with video trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Supporting the Creative Services Manager to deliver graphic design content across a variety of formats including animated content, advertising, digital marketing, social media, corporate literature and presentation content
• Supporting delivery of creative output across Leopard’s own marketing programme
• Photography skills and experience would be beneficial to help deliver client photography assignments

• 1–4 years’ experience in videography and editing (agency experience a plus)
• Proficient in video editing software and comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative applications (including but limited to: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat) & Microsoft Office applications in a Mac OS environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
• Happy to be out and about on shoots as well as working independently on edits
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option of remote working outside of our core days.

With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dogs Lottie and Marley will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!

We’re famous for our quarterly team social events, where we get together to have fun and let our hair down. Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.

• benefits package equivalent to an extra 5% of core salary
• 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days available for family care

The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £25,000-£30,000.
