Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Freelance Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team. This fully remote, project-based role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging in exciting design projects for global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates messages effectively across digital and print platforms.

• Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email layouts, and digital ads.

• Develop branding materials such as logos, visual identities, brochures, presentations, and infographics.

• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visual concepts.

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all design outputs.

• Revise designs based on feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain awareness of current design trends and tools to create modern, engaging visuals.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools such as Figma or Canva.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and project types.

• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or freelance setting.

• Experience designing for both digital and print media is required.

• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams is a plus.

• Flexible hours based on your availability and project timelines.

• You are free to manage your own schedule as long as deadlines are met.

• Occasional video meetings with team members in different time zones may be required.

• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize fresh and engaging visuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and openness to feedback.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles is an added advantage.

• Comfortable with collaborative tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, or Notion.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new brand guidelines and project needs.
