Media and Content Lead

• Travel: Regular travel to dental practices, events, and other U.S. locations
• Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 base salary + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits

Zen One is building the operating system for independent dental practices.

Today, we help practices discover, purchase, and manage dental supplies through a modern ordering and inventory platform.

But we believe this is only the beginning.

Through Zen One, we have access to some of the most successful independent dentists, practice owners, operators, manufacturers, and experts in the country. We believe there is an enormous amount of knowledge inside these practices that isn’t being documented or shared well.

At the same time, we think professional content in dentistry is overdue for an overhaul.

Too much valuable knowledge still gets packaged the same way: find an expert, build a 40-slide presentation, schedule a 60-minute webinar, send an email blast, upload the recording — and move on.

We want to build something different.

We’re going on the road to document great dental practices, talk to the people behind them, understand what they’re doing differently, and make those lessons useful to thousands of other dental professionals.

As Media & Content Lead, you will help build Zen One’s media and content operation from the ground up.

Our approach is simple:

Document. Go where the interesting people and businesses are. Capture their conversations, systems, decisions, mistakes, workflows, and stories.

Explain. Turn what we learn into compelling long-form stories, interviews, educational programs, webinars, and modern professional education.

Extract. Find every useful idea inside that material and distribute it in the format where people will actually consume it — You Tube, Shorts, Reels, Tik Tok, Linked In, newsletters, webinars, and whatever comes next.

A two-day visit to an exceptional dental practice shouldn’t produce one video. It should produce weeks of valuable content.

A great webinar shouldn’t disappear after 60 minutes. It could become a You Tube episode, ten short videos, a newsletter, a checklist, a Linked In discussion, and the starting point for another story.

We’re going to create an enormous amount of raw material.

Your job is to turn that raw material into the Zen One media machine.

This is a hands-on role. You won’t inherit a finished content strategy or a large production team. You’ll help us figure out what to create, find the best stories, edit and publish content yourself, learn what works, and build the systems and eventually the team around it.

• Help define Zen One’s overall content and media strategy.
• Edit short-form video quickly and consistently.
• Turn interviews, customer visits, webinars, events, and long-form conversations into compelling content.
• Identify hooks, stories, lessons, and unexpected moments inside raw footage.
• Create and adapt content for You Tube, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other platforms.
• Brainstorm new shows, series, formats, campaigns, and content experiments.
• Own and manage the editorial calendar and publishing schedule across platforms.
• Help create and publish newsletters.
• Help organize and produce webinars and educational programming.
• Rethink traditional dental webinars and continuing education for a You Tube-native world.
• Connect long-form video, short-form video, newsletters, webinars, and social media into one content system.
• Develop creative social campaigns and contests for prospective and existing Zen One members.
• Work closely with videographers to plan shoots and make sure we’re capturing the right material…
