The Video Production Manager is a full-time role responsible for planning, managing, and executing video projects that communicate Sync AI's solutions, brand, and client success stories. This hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site work for production activities and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, coordination, and post-production tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end video production workflows, from concept development and scripting through filming, post-production, and delivery.
The Video Production Manager will coordinate production schedules, manage internal and external stakeholders, supervise on-set logistics such as lighting and equipment, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to create video assets for product demos, case studies, training materials, and social media, while maintaining high production standards and meeting deadlines.
- Strong skills in Video Production and Film Production, including planning, shooting, and directing various formats (e.g., product videos, interviews, explainers).
- Experience in Production Management, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Video Post-Production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and preparing deliverables for multiple channels and platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Lighting for studio and location shoots, with the ability to create consistent, professional visual quality.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B or technology/AI-related video production is an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
