We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft world-class digital experiences for our educational portals, student union hubs, and learning platforms. You will refine our design system tokens, build accessible component patterns in Figma, and design seamless onboarding journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user experience and interface design across web, student portal, and mobile-responsive surfaces.
• Maintain and expand the institutional design system in Figma, ensuring token parity with Tailwind CSS.
• Conduct user research, usability testing sessions with international cohorts, and synthesize quantitative analytics.
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and partner closely with frontend engineers during handoff.## Requirements
• 4+ years of UI/UX product design experience with a standout portfolio of web applications.
• Mastery of Figma, auto-layout, variable modes, and design token architectures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and responsive UI patterns.
