Coinbase’s Base Creative Office is seeking a Senior Producer to own production end-to-end for a full portfolio, turning incoming briefs into scoped, staffed, on-time deliveries. You'll partner directly with Base Marketing, Comms, and leadership as the single point of accountability the team trusts to get it done.
You'll triage incoming creative requests, scope each into a clear brief with timeline and staffing plan, and push back plainly when a deadline doesn't match production reality.
